Biography

B.J. Erdmann was born in Buffalo, New York where he grew up on a farm just south of the city. After dabbling in many different art forms from a young age, he went on to earn his B.F.A in Acting with a Minor in Dance from SUNY Fredonia. During his time there he fell in love with circus arts and after graduating, began training as an Aerialist in New York City. After a year of training and performing on both static and flying tissu, he moved to Montreal where he began his work on straps.

He has since been seen working with such companies as Quixotic, Cirqua Zerna and the Madcap Rumpus Society.

B.J. currently performs throughout North America both as a circus artist and an actor.
